Digital Inclusion and Literacy Objective: Upskilling and community access to digital technologies in an inclusive and affordable way. Assist communities in developing their digital skills and capabilities.

Inclusive Design Thinking Objective: Apply the principles of inclusive design in a variety of disciplines and contexts, in order to enable accessibility. Build skills in: the principles of inclusive design across a variety of disciplines, the application of inclusive design to architecture, urban design, and digital products, exercises and case studies. Work with diverse stakeholders to ease inclusive design in community projects.
Cultural competency and awareness: Understanding diverse cultures and the impact they have on accessibility. The curriculum for this module covers cultural competency and diversity; the impact of culture on accessibility and communication; cultural competency workshops; overcoming cultural bias; culturally competent communication; and best practices for incorporating cultural competency into accessibility-related activities.
At this point, you might want to refer your organization to easy-to-find resources on the importance of clear communication during a crisis and on possible tools and techniques for effective crisis communication. Creating crisis communication plans that focus on inclusion. Practicing crisis communication scenarios. Evaluating and refining strategies.
Advocacy and Policy Education Focus: Advocacy and policy-making for inclusion. Topics: Introduction to advocacy, policy-making, and legislation; advocacy, mobilization, and the decision-making process; engaging policymakers; policy brief writing; developing a community advocacy plan.
Community engagement and participation objective: To make it easier for marginalized communities to participate in local decision-making. Method: Identify barriers to community engagement and participation. Apply participatory community engagement tools. Build participatory leadership and engagement skills. Foster participatory decision-making for marginalized groups and sustainability of community engagement.
Sustainable Living and Accessibility Objective: To promote sustainable and accessible living practices. What is sustainability or accessibility? Accessible sustainable design & public spaces, Sustainable living for people with disabilities, Community-based sustainable living projects for people with disabilities, Advocacy for accessible sustainable living programs
